Frederique Constant In 1988, husband and wife team, Aletta and Peter Stas, established Frederique Constant. Four years later, the company unveiled its ‘18th Century Collection’, featuring Swiss movements and fully assembled in Geneva.

Notably ambitious from the outset, the firm went on to release its first Manufacture calibre in 2004, the FC-910. The Geneva-based Maison has since produced 30 Manufacture movements, including chronographs, perpetual calendars and tourbillons.

Offering classically styled watches at keen prices, Frederique Constant has enjoyed spectacular growth. In 2016, Citizen acquired the Frederique Constant Group. However, the firm continues to follow the same tried and tested formula and remains based in Geneva.
