Louis-Ulysse Chopard established his watchmaking workshop in 1860 in Sonvilier, a town located in the Bernese Jura. The company remained owned by the founders family until 1963, when it was sold to Karl Scheufele III. Since then, the Scheufele family has skillfully managed the business, guiding it to ever-greater success.
The modern-day company is known for crafting exquisite jewellery, producing fine watches and selling various luxury goods via its own boutiques as well authorised stockists around the globe.
The Chopard L.U.C collection is the ultimate expression of the brand’s watchmaking expertise. These timepieces are beautifully crafted and stand comparison with some of finest exemplars of Haute Horlogerie.
